At TYKOA TOYS, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

• The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all accessories.

• Products showing signs of misuse, accidental damage, or unauthorized repair are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Products damaged due to customer misuse.

• Products without original packaging or missing accessories.

• Items purchased during clearance or special promotional sales (unless received damaged or defective).

Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Order Number

• Photos or videos of the product

• Description of the issue

After verification, we will provide a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
